LP TopNotch is better able to weather even rain-prone climates due to its self-draining notch that quickly drains away surface water. Result: high resistance to absorption or edge swell. We’re even able to back up two LP TopNotch options with No-Sand Warranties.
Stronger Moisture Resistance
To help combat moisture absorption problems common to plywood, LP TopNotch Sub-Flooring is manufactured with a water-resistant wax and resin composition. Edge sealant adds another layer of protection.
